wp-container-content-cc4259ba\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"text-transform:none\"><strong>In Ruth Maders Spielfilm Life Guidance (2017) sondert eine ausgegliederte, an das \u00f6sterreichische Arbeitsmarktservice gemahnende, Agentur alle ab, die nicht leisten k\u00f6nnen oder wollen: zu leben wissen nur die G\u00f6tter \u201eam Himmel\u201c.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alexander: \u201eIch liebe Dich!\u201c \u2013 &nbsp;Anna: \u201eIch liebe Dich!\u201c \u2013 Ein erster Wortwechsel in einer Gesellschaft der nahen Zukunft, in der nur das W\u00fcnschenswerte, Produktive m\u00f6glich erscheint. Deshalb bedeuten Worte der Liebe so wenig wie jene der Kinderlieder; \u201e<em>Ich werde besser als ich selbst, ich greife nach dem Limit. Denn jeder hat die Wahl, das ist optimal<\/em>\u201c. Im Restaurant h\u00f6ren wir die \u00c4rztin Anna, Ehefrau des Helden, sagen \u201e<em>Der Buchhalter kann seine Jobs nicht halten, [\u2026] seine Angst l\u00e4sst ihn immer wieder versagen, [\u2026], ich kann ihm nicht sagen, dass ihm die Schlafburg nicht droht: sie droht ihm<\/em>\u201c \u2013 \u201e<em>Die unertr\u00e4gliche Leichtigkeit des Seins \u2013 aus dem Leben eines Minimumbeziehers<\/em>\u201c \u2013 ironisiert ein Mitessender.<br><br>Noch ist der Film keine vier Minuten alt, Miniatur f\u00fcr Miniatur lernen wir die Dreiteilung der Welt von Morgen kennen: Leistungstr\u00e4ger*innen f\u00fchren ein Leben im Wohlstand \u2013&nbsp;<em>die Mitte<\/em>. Wer zur\u00fcckf\u00e4llt, dem droht die Schlafburg \u2013&nbsp;<em>die H\u00f6lle<\/em>. Ein Nicht-Ort, aus allen Karten getilgt (wir werden den Wiener Karl-Marx Hof erkennen<a href=\"https:\/\/work-o-witch.at\/de\/#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>), dort hausen die Minimumbezieher*innen, nehmen Psychopharmaka, erhalten den Trost der Kirche.&nbsp;<em>Das Oben<\/em>, der eigentliche Himmel, aber liegt jenseits der Arbeitsgesellschaft.<br><br>Jemand musste Alexander (gespielt von Fritz Karl) verleumdet haben, denn ohne dass er etwas B\u00f6ses getan h\u00e4tte, wird er eines Morgens von seinem Life Guide zu Hause besucht. Alexanders Frau Anna beschw\u00f6rt ihn, es nicht auf die leichte Schulter zu nehmen \u2013 die Unterst\u00fctzung der Agentur Life Guidance kann nicht abgelehnt werden. Ma\u00dfnahmen \u2013 wir sehen eine Kunsttherapiegruppe \u2013 m\u00fcssen besucht werden. Gegen das Rating der Agentur gibt es keine Rechtsmittel. Wird die Stufe 5 vergeben, folgt die Verbannung in die Schlafburg.<br><br>Alexander wird den Kampf gegen das Verdikt von Life Guidance aufnehmen. Seine Handlungen bleiben nicht unbemerkt, sein Guide bestellt Alexander zu einer Filmvorf\u00fchrung ein, bei der ein St\u00fcck aus Alexanders Unbewusstem auf die Leinwand projiziert wird. Die Agentur wei\u00df&nbsp;alles.<br><br>Als Alexander bemerkt, dass seine Frau ihn im Auftrag von Life Guidance ausspioniert, l\u00e4uft er Amok. Er schl\u00e4gt einen Angestellten des Unternehmens nieder, und sucht nach anderen Tr\u00e4umen, die ihm geraubt wurden. Er dringt in die verbotene Zone der Schlafburg ein, beginnt fast eine Affaire, erf\u00e4hrt vom Tod seines Vaters, und f\u00e4hrt in grenzenloser Wut die Stra\u00dfe hoch, zu einem St\u00fcck Wiener Wald namens \u201eAm Himmel\u201c. Dort will er Antworten von den eigentlich M\u00e4chtigen. Unvermittelt ger\u00e4t er in eine Jagdgesellschaft der Superreichen, nur M\u00e4nner (Waffenlobbist Mensdorff-Pouilly spielt sich selbst), und wird auf eine Jause eingeladen.<br><br>Dort steht Alexander wie ein S\u00e4ngerknabe, w\u00e4hrend sich die alten Herren \u00fcber die Unzufriedenheit der Leistungsklasse mokieren: Auf Alexanders \u201eSie haben ein m\u00f6rderisches System installiert \u2026!\u201c h\u00f6hnen sie \u201eBeschweren Sie sich beim Ombudsmann!\u201c \u201eJetzt habt ihr alles bekommen, was ihr wolltet, Nicht-rauchen, All-You-Can-Fuck, keine Transfette, Margen f\u00fcr Eure Pensionsvorsorge, Dachterrassen mit Panorama Blick!\u201c \u2013 \u201eMarkenware f\u00fcr alle, von Kinderhand gestickt!\u201c \u2013 \u201eEinkommen ohne zu arbeiten, Gartenpartys mit Leuten, die man gar nicht kennt!\u201c \u2013 &nbsp;\u201eVerkehrsberuhigung!\u201c \u201eB\u00fcrgerbeteiligungsprojekte\u201c \u2013 \u201eKaffeekapseln!\u201c \u201eIhr habt geglaubt, dass ihr ohne zu arbeiten, euer Kapital vermehren k\u00f6nnt\u201c.<br><br>Die Wahrheit wiegt schwer. Auf seinem R\u00fcckweg schl\u00e4gt Alexander seinen Life Guide nieder, findet zur\u00fcck nach Hause, fl\u00fcchtet ins Ehebett: Wir h\u00f6ren Alexanders \u201eIch liebe Dich\u201c durch Annas \u201eIch liebe Dich\u201c erg\u00e4nzt.<br><br>Wie in Dystopien h\u00e4ufig ist das Fehlende so wichtig wie das Gezeigte. Die Gesellschaft der Zukunft hat den Individuen jede Aggression \u2013 jedes Aufbegehren gegen eine Zumutung, jedes Zugreifen auf das Gew\u00fcnschte \u2013 genommen. Wer Aggressionen zeigt, vers\u00fcndigt sich am Optimum. Ohne den eigenen W\u00fcnschen Formen zu geben \u2013 ohne das Risiko, ein \u201eNein\u201c zu ernten \u2013 kommt es zu keinem Austausch, keiner Gestalt, keiner Beziehung. Das Leben \u2013 die Liebe \u2013 bleibt leer.<br><br>Gegen die Agentur Life Guidance gibt es keinen Instanzenzug, das Individuum kann nicht berufen. Entscheidender: Es ist das Kollektive abgeschafft. Alexander hat keine Freunde, er hat keine Kolleg*innen, keine Gemeinde, keine Kammer, keine Gewerkschaft, keine Partei \u2013 er geh\u00f6rt zur wei\u00dfen Oberschicht, aber eigentlich geh\u00f6rt er nirgends hin. Das Politische ist ausgel\u00f6scht.<br><br>Arbeit selbst wird unsichtbar, wenn alles der Arbeit untergeordnet ist. Wo der Film arbeitende Menschen zeigt \u2013 die Spekulant*innen, die Kinderg\u00e4rtner*innen, die Kellner*innen, die Wachbeamt*innen, die Psychiater*innen, die Rezeptionist*innen, die Life Guides \u2013 scheint es immer so, als w\u00fcrde nicht gearbeitet, alles geschieht wie von selbst. Der Arbeit wird jede soziale Anerkennung genommen, alles Konflikthafte in ihr \u2013 jedes Leiden an ihr \u2013 wird zum Verschwinden gebracht.<br><br>Das AMS der Zukunft verwendet unsere Tr\u00e4ume gegen uns, es wei\u00df alles, entdeckt unser Bed\u00fcrfnis, aggressiv zu sein, aber auch Wiedergutmachung zu \u00fcben. Wir sind nicht nur gut, das System nutzt das aus. Die Angst, dass die \u00f6dipale Konkurrenz \u2013 wir sahen Alexanders Traumbilder: der Sohn verschw\u00f6rt sich mit der Mutter gegen den Vater \u2013 und die rasende Eifersucht \u2013 der Sohn erstickt sein neugeborenes Geschwisterkind \u2013 au\u00dfer Rand und Band geraten, l\u00e4dt zur Unterwerfung ein. Unserem emotionalen Leben entw\u00f6hnt erzeugt jede Handlung im Affekt \u00dcbelkeit und in der Dystopie werden Vertreter*innen der helfenden Berufe \u2013 die \u00c4rztin, der Psychiater, die Therapeutin, der Life Guide \u2013 T\u00e4ter*innen. Sie helfen nicht uns, sondern dem System.<br><br>Das Unbewusste und seine Konflikte selbst erzeugt die Disposition \u2013 die Abwehrorganisation \u2013, die sich der Kapitalismus zunutze machen kann. Die Herrschenden (am Himmel) haben leicht lachen \u2013 denn die Unterworfenen (in der H\u00f6lle), die wollen das so! Das Optimum schmeichelt dem individuellen Narzissmus, der uns vor Gef\u00fchlen wie Abh\u00e4ngigkeit, Neid, Wut, Hass und Trauer in Schutz nimmt. Solange es nur geht ein perfektes Leben, danach der Absturz ins nichts.<br><br>Die dystopische Gesellschaft ist gegen das individuelle Aufbegehren gewappnet: Alexanders Einbruch bei Life Guidance und selbst sein Mordversuch werden nicht bestraft, sondern wie nie geschehen behandelt: Alexander kommt davon, weil er w\u00e4hlt, weiterzuleben, als ob nichts passiert w\u00e4re. Die individuelle Einsicht \u00e4ndert nichts, nicht einmal f\u00fcr das eigene Leben.<br><br>Ruth Maders Film ist ein hartes St\u00fcck Arbeit und verdient seinen Platz in der Geschichte von Arbeit im Film: die Qualit\u00e4t ihrer Dystopie liegt darin, dass ihre Wahrheit so schwer auszuhalten&nbsp;ist.<br><br><em>G\u00fcnter Hefler arbeitet zu Fragen des Lebenslangen Lernens&nbsp; im internationalen Vergleich bei 3s Research &amp; Consulting in Wien. Das Kino ist f\u00fcr ihn eine besonders wichtige Inspirationsquelle.<\/em><br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/work-o-witch.at\/de\/#_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a>&nbsp;Der Karl-Marx Hof \u2013 1930 mit 748 Wohneinheiten und ausgedehnten Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen \u2013 er\u00f6ffnet ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte zusammenh\u00e4ngende Wohnungsbau der Welt und Symbol des \u00f6ffentlichen Wohnungsbaus des \u201eRoten Wiens\u201c schlechthin:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Karl-Marx-Hof\">Karl-Marx-Hof \u2013 Wikipedia<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:32px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
