Die Arbeiter an der Basis werden von der Last beinahe erdr\u00fcckt.<br><br>Wenn Rick nicht ge\u00f6ffnet wird, damit er das Paket \u00fcbergeben kann, klebt er einen Benachrichtigungszettel mit der Aufschrift \u201cSorry, we missed you\u201d an die T\u00fcr.\u00a0 F\u00fcr Rick ist das immer eine Niederlage, denn er wird pro ausgeliefertem Paket bezahlt. Jede Unw\u00e4gbarkeit f\u00e4llt auf Rick zur\u00fcck. Seine Zeit um den Auslieferungsort zu erreichen, sein Geld um den Transporter zu kaufen, und die Miete f\u00fcr den Scanner hat er schon investiert. Der Return on Investment h\u00e4ngt an vielen Faktoren, die Rick kaum beeinflussen kann. Beim Einstellungsgespr\u00e4ch hat der Niederlassungsleiter des Zustelldienstes Rick noch zu seiner Entscheidung, sein Leben selbst in die Hand zu nehmen, gratuliert. Bald wird er Rick mit der Drohung von Geldabz\u00fcgen, denn Lohn kann man es nicht nennen, so unter Druck setzten, dass Rick seine Gesundheit und den Zusammenhalt der Familie aufs Spiel setzt. Der Vorgesetzte will sich die Statistik nicht versauen lassen.<br><br>Ricks Frau Abbie steckt als Hauskrankenpflegerin in einem anderen, aber ebenso belastenden Arbeitsverh\u00e4ltnis. Sie hat einen Null-Stunden-Vertrag. \u00a0In Gro\u00dfbritannien und auch in den Niederlanden ist diese Besch\u00e4ftigungsform weit verbreitet. Der Vertrag bindet den Arbeitnehmer an das Unternehmen, das frei entscheiden kann, wieviele Jobs im Monat es an die einzelnen Angestellten vergibt, bis hin zu keinem einzigen. In einem \u201ezero-hours\u201c-Monat gibt es \u201ezero\u201c Geld. Abbie ist zu ihren Klienten \u00e4u\u00dferst f\u00fcrsorglich, sie sind beinahe zu Freunden geworden. Aber die Zeit, die sie in diese Sorgearbeit investiert, wird ihr nicht entsprechend abgegolten.<br><br>Ken Loach dekliniert in \u201cSorry, we missed you\u201d die Lebensrealit\u00e4t von Arbeitskraftunternehmern im Neoliberalismus durch. Mit viel Empathie f\u00fcr seine Figuren, die von gro\u00dfartigen Schauspielern interpretiert werden, nimmt er uns offen in eine Welt mit, die keiner von uns pers\u00f6nlich kennenlernen
